Zendrop is a dropshipping platform that’s all about making life easier for ecommerce store owners on Shopify or WooCommerce.
I should know – I’ve been through the struggles myself.
Slow shipping times, dodgy suppliers and limited branding options have all been a part of my ecommerce journey.
In this review I’ll be taking a close look at Zendrop’s pricing, features, user experience and how it compares to other dropshipping platforms out there.
That way, you can get a better idea of whether Zendrop is the right fit for your ecommerce goals.
Why You Can Trust This Review
I’ve used Zendrop in a few different ecommerce projects and pitted it against some of the top competitors – including Spocket, DSers and Printify.
I’ve also gathered customer feedback and some hard numbers from industry sources to make sure this review is as informative as possible.

What I Like About Zendrop
✔️ Fast and Reliable US Shipping
I was seriously impressed by how quickly Shopify orders were arriving in the US – most of them were delivered in 5-8 business days. That’s a big improvement over what I was used to, and the customers loved it.
✔️ Automation Made Easy
Zendrop makes it dead simple to set up automation for inventory syncing, order fulfillment, and tracking updates – without needing any extra tools.
✔️ Get Your Brand On
Adding a custom thank-you note or branded invoice to my store made it feel way more professional.
✔️ Super Easy to Get Started
Connecting my Shopify store and importing products took less than 10 minutes – and I didn’t need any technical know-how to do it.
✔️ Combo of Dropshipping and Print on Demand
Zendrop lets me manage both dropshipping and print on demand sales from the same dashboard – what a time-saver!
What I Don’t Like About Zendrop
❌ The Pro Plan is The Only One With Any Real Value
The free plan is pretty limited – to get the good stuff, you need to upgrade to the Pro plan.
❌ No Suppliers to Choose From, Like on AliExpress
Zendrop sources its products internally – which is good for quality control, but means you don’t get to pick and choose suppliers like you do on AliExpress.
❌ Print-on-Demand Product Range is a Bit Basic
Zendrop’s print on demand catalog is small – if you want a full range of POD products, Printful or Printify is probably a better bet.
My Experience Getting Started With Zendrop

Getting started was a breeze – all I needed was an email address to sign up.
The onboarding process was super smooth, and connecting my Shopify store was a cinch.
I imported some trending products from the catalog, set up my pricing rules and activated auto-fulfillment – all in about 10 minutes flat.
Zendrop Pricing: What Will It Cost You?
Zendrop offers three main pricing plans – here’s how they stack up:
| Plan | Cost | Features |
| Free | $0/month | 25 product imports, basic support, AliExpress integration |
| Pro | $49/month | Unlimited products, US fulfillment, custom branding, auto-fulfillment |
| Plus | $79/month | All Pro features + subscription boxes, bundle tools, call support |
Recommendation: If you’re just starting out, the free plan is a good place to start.
But if you’re serious about building a real business, the Pro plan is where it’s at.
Key Features I Tested
1. Product Catalog and Imports
Zendrop’s catalog includes a selection of trending products – including health, pets, home, gadgets and more. Importing products was a one-click affair.
- Bulk import options
- Pricing markup rules
- Built-in product images and descriptions
You can’t filter by supplier like you can on AliExpress, but the curated selection is high-quality and low-risk.
2. Shipping and Fulfillment
Zendrop’s big selling point is fast and reliable delivery, especially in the US.
| Shipping Type | Estimated Time | Cost Range |
| US Warehouse | 5–8 business days | From $2.99 |
| Global Fulfillment | 7–15 business days | From $4.99 |
| Express Options | 3–5 business days (limited items) | Higher cost |
Shipping rates are based on product size and destination, but I found them to be pretty competitive.
3. Branding and Customisation
On the Pro plan, I was able to add:
- Custom thank-you cards to make a better impression on customers
- Branded invoices to include my company logo and details
- A logo on the packaging to give my brand a more professional look
This was a total game-changer for retention and increasing the average order value.
My stores started to feel a lot more legitimate – not just another clone trying to make a quick buck.
4. Print on Demand Support
Zendrop offers some basic POD capabilities for:
- T-shirts
- Mugs
- Phone cases
- Posters
I was able to upload my artwork and list items in minutes, but keep in mind:
- It’s lacking a built-in design tool
- The number of products available is a bit lower than Printify or Printful
Still though, it’s a convenient option if you want to sell custom gear all on the same platform.
How Zendrop Stacks Up Against Other Platforms
Here’s where Zendrop compares to other platforms I’ve used:
| Feature | Zendrop | Spocket | DSers | Printful |
| US Shipping | ✅ | ✅ | ❌ | ✅ |
| Branding Options | ✅ | ❌ | ❌ | ✅ |
| Product Variety | Medium | High | High | Medium |
| Supplier Control | ❌ | ✅ | ✅ | N/A |
| POD Support | Basic | None | None | Advanced |
| Price | $$ | $$ | $ | $$ |
Spocket gives you access to a massive pool of US and EU suppliers, which is a big plus for faster shipping. It offers more supplier control than Zendrop, but lacks any branding or print-on-demand features.
DSers is a free and budget-friendly tool that integrates tightly with AliExpress. It’s a great option for beginners who want total control over suppliers but comes with the down side of long shipping times and no branding support.
Printful is built specifically for print-on-demand, offering advanced tools and deep product customisation. It’s perfect for creatives and brands that want the best print-on-demand experience but it doesn’t support standard dropshipping products.
Zendrop is ideal if you want fast US shipping and branding, but its not the best for niche sourcing or advanced POD.
Customer Support and Training
Zendrop has a few different ways to get help:
- Email support on all plans
- Live Chat on the Pro and Plus plans (helpful when upgrading plans or troubleshooting issues)
- A pretty good beginner-friendly video course called Zendrop Academy
- A Facebook group with a lot of active members who can answer your questions
Most of my support requests were answered within 12 hours, and the live chat was super helpful when I was getting set up or dealing with delays.
Real Results Using Zendrop
I’ve worked with clients and built a few test stores using Zendrop. Here are some real life outcomes:
Store 1: Fitness Accessories Brand
- Fulfilled all orders from Zendrop’s US warehouse
- Switched over from AliExpress to Zendrop in March 2024
- Reduced delivery times by an impressive 18 days
- Saw my repeat customers go up by 3.5x
Store 2: Pet Niche Store
- Started on the free plan, then upgraded to Pro
- Used Zendrop for automation and fulfillment
- Reached $20,000 a month in revenue in just 4 months
These are just examples – not promises. But Zendrop definitely helped me scale and cut down on customer complaints.
Is Zendrop Right for You?
Zendrop is best for:
- Store owners selling to customers in the US
- People who are building a brand, not just flipping products for a quick buck
- Users who want their fulfillment handled all in one place, without needing any extra plugins
You might want to give it a miss if:
- You want access to thousands of suppliers to choose from
- You’re running a niche store that requires highly specific products
- You need deep print-on-demand tools to get the job done
Zendrop’s biggest value is in its simplicity. It’s not the biggest or most flexible platform, but it removes a lot of headaches and stress.
Final Verdict
Zendrop delivers on its promise to simplify dropshipping, especially if you’re targeting US customers and care about building a branded customer experience.
It’s not perfect – the product range is smaller than some of the other platforms and the best features are on the pricier plans – but overall, it’s a solid tool for serious store owners.
If you’re getting bogged down with long shipping times, disorganised suppliers or trying to build a branded customer experience, Zendrop is definitely worth taking a look at.
